What is MyFitGenes Rewards Program ?
MyFitGenes Rewards is MyFitGenes Plan’s loyalty program, designed to reward you for taking your wellness journey with us! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn Points whenever you engage with MyFitGenes Plan, such as when you make a purchase, review a product, and share your love for us on social media.
Who is eligible for this Rewards Program ?
Everyone.
Just sign up for an account here and start earning Reward Points.
Do my points ever expire ?
Yes. MyFitGenes Points are eligible for redemption for up to 24 months from the MONTH they originally earned.
Eg. You earn Points in 15 Jan 2025, the points expiring in 31 Jan 2027.
Please make sure you spend the points within the 24 months validity period.
Eg. Above Account, redeem and spend the points earned in 15 Jan 2025 before or by 31 Jan 2027
How do I see how many MyFitGenes Points I have ?
Click on the blue Rewards button on the lower right-hand corner of any page on the MyFitGenes store. Sign in to your Account. At the top of the pop-up, you will see your Reward Points value. You can also see it in the top navigation, under “My Account.”
What happens if my Order is returned or cancelled ?
Any Reward Points associated with that order will be deducted from your MyFitGenes Rewards account balance. Partial refunds will ensue partial deduction of Reward Points.
Can I combine my points with other offer such as Discounts ?
MyFitGenes Plan Rewards Cash Vouchers and Discounts cannot be combined with other storewide discounts.
I just placed an order, liked MyFitGenes and wrote a product review, I did not see the Points reflected in my account balance. What shall I do ?
Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply Reward Points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 36 hours, please email us support@myfitgenes.com with your order number or other actions you had done and we’ll take care of it for you.

How do I Earn Points through Product Review ?
After you’ve purchased a product in our store, you will have the opportunity to write a review for that product. 7 days after a qualified purchase, you should receive an email requesting a review; use that link, and leave a review.
You shall see your Points reflected in your Rewards Accounts within a week.

How do I Earn my Birthday Points ?
While Signing Up in the Blue Reward Button at bottom Right-hand corner does not ask for Birthday, you may email us your birthday to support@myfitgenes.com
We will credit the Points to your Account accordingly.
How do I redeem my Reward Points ?
Click the blue Rewards button on the lower Right-hand corner of any page of MyFitGenes Store to open your Rewards pop-up. (Please remember to login!)
There, you can choose to redeem your Points for coupons (in denomination of RM15 valid towards a future MyFitGenes purchase.

Coupon code values are limited to defined denominations. There is a Limit of three (3) coupon code redemption per purchase.
Reward Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or returned.
MyFitGenes is not responsible for lost or stolen Points. MyFitGenes is not responsible for any taxes incurred by customers.
Terms and conditions are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by MyFitGenes in its sole discretion at any time.
How shall I share in my social media account to earn Points ?
Please note that Reward Points are only earned for the first Follow or Share in each social platform.
To have the Follow or Share applied to your account (to earn the points), please go to the Rewards button at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the Earn Points tab.
Social Follows or Share do not apply if completed directly through your social media account.
Here are the steps :
1. Click the blue Reward button at teh bottom right-hand corner of the screen
2. Sign in
3. Tab "Earn Points"
4. Tab "Take me there" under Follow or Share on Social Platform
5. Do the respective action in prompt
6. Points will be credited to your balance instantly
