SPayLater is Shopee Pay Later, a "Buy Now Pay Later" option provided by Shopee Pay Malaysia.
Do I need to purchase the item from Shopee in order to enjoy SPayLater with your store ?
No. MyFitGenes is a retailer that accepts SPayLater as a payment method.
SPayLater is a "Buy-Now-Pay-Later" service that allows you to make purchases and gives you the flexibility to repay them over up to 12 months.
How do I purchase with SPayLater ?
1. Select the item and quantity you want to purchase
2. After fill up your email and address, simply click "Pay Now"
3. Select "S Pay" (red icon) as your payment method.
4. A ShopeePay QR code is generated automatically.
5. Scan this QR code from your device where you installed your ShopeePay
6. ShopeePay app will guide you through to complete the purchase
I have Shopee app, but why I am not given SPayLater ?
You need to "Activate" SPayLater from your ShopeePay Account in your app.
How shall I activate my SPayLater ?
1. Open the Shopee app
2. Select Me tab
3. Select SPayLater
4. Activate Now
5. Enter your Personal Information and select Confirm
6. Follow the prompt and complete the verification process
How do I use FPX Bank Transfer ?
When you select FPX at checkout, you’ll be directed to a secure portal to choose your bank and complete the payment instantly.
What if my payment fails ?
If your payment fails, try the following :
1. Check if your card or bank supports Online Transactions
2. Ensure your account has sufficient funds
3. Contact your bank for authorization issues
